Based in Lexington, Massachusetts, David R. Mullaney is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) who has served on several ABA committees, including the Forum Committee on Construction Law and the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee. David Mullaney's work as an attorney involves serving in an advisory capacity for private developers and vertical constructors involved in mid-rise building projects. Among other responsibilities, he helps clients assess and mitigate risk, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Mr. Mullaney's legal work extends to the corporate sector, where he serves clients as of counsel resolving project specific issues and providing legal advice.

Prior to his work as an attorney, David R. Mullaney spent 25 years as CEO of Mullaney Corporation, which developed medical buildings, multifamily housing, and private school structures throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. The firm received several awards from the American Institute of Architects, while Mr. Mullaney was named Sam Walton Business Leader of the Year in 2004. He holds a juris doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the Isenberg School at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst
